The Honour Decoration of Confluence. Does it suit me?

On May 20, 2013, the historic Kaunas Town Hall hosted a special sitting of the Kaunas city council, culminated by a ceremony of handing out of the Honour Decorations of Confluence (Kaunas is the town on the confluence of the Lithuania’s major rivers) for the distinguished citizens of Kaunas, among them myself.

The protocol speech mentioned that I was a photo artist and a member of Lithuanian Association of Art Photographers. Interesting… Whichever of these facts is a bigger merit?..
