LIGHT.LT School
LIGHT.LT school is an on-going educational project, consisting of workshops for beginning photographers, theme courses for advanced amateur photographers, personal consulting, and specialized classes, taking place mostly in Kaunas, LIGHT.LT studio. The project started in 2005, when I was about to quit my 5-year run of teaching at Kaunas University of Technology, and seeking to find smaller audiences that would be interested in photography and not only spend the prescribed academic hours. Most of classes and workshops are in Lithuanian, but it is not a rarity that I teach in English, French, Russian or other languages.
International workshops mostly happen in frameworks of other institutions in Lithuania and abroad. Due to the growing activities in the fields of organising exhibitions (Kaunas Photo festival), after 2013, I am only available for private consulting, with a priority to artist mentoring.
