Kra\u017ei\u0173 portetas \/ Portrait of Kra\u017eiai - LAB EAST - Paris Photo 2010<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

In a way it’s already in the past, but … I have not told that on Nov. 19, 2010 at Paris Photo, Europe’s largest photography fair, there was a launch of the book LAB EAST about photography from Eastern and Central Europe,<\/p>\n

My works from series i\u0161 “Portrait of Kra\u017eiai”, included in the book was the only Lithuanian contribution\u00a0 within a selection of 30 artists\/photographers from CEE. The book editor Horst Kloever (Germany) has given 8 pages to works of each of the 30 photographers.<\/p>\n

266 pages book was published by “Photeur” on the online publication platform “Blurb”.<\/p>\n

During the book launch, the first 40 visitors not only were invited for a glass of champagne, but also were given a free copy of the LAB EAST book, that was immediately signed by a number of artists – co-authors of the book present at the event. The book launch event at Paris Photo fair was hosted at the stand of Lumen Foundation (Hungary).<\/p>\n
