Projektu „Kevin“ autorė pabrėžia perdėtą šiuolaikinio pasaulio susižavėjimą idealiu kūnu, plastinės chirurgijos galimybėmis ir troškimą įveikti natūralų žmogaus evoliucijos procesą, t.y. visada išlikti jaunam. Šio besaikio noro atspindžiai gana ironiškai realizuojami P. Muhr fotografijoje – čia beveik ištrinama riba tarp realybės ir iliuzijos, tarp žmogiškumo ir paprasčiausios plastmasės. Personalizuotų vitrinų manekenų ir moderniųjų technologijų epochoje fotografės akimis atsiskleidžia naujoji grožio ir moteriškumo samprata.

The project “Kevin” investigates culturally dominant ways of construction, representation and perception of idealized human body reflected in the production of realistic shop-window mannequins. As the possibilities of plastic surgery, various chemical treatments and biotechnology grow more radical, the line between illusion and reality becomes blurred. Through reductive idealization the body becomes an object of phantasm, removed from its normal physiological functions and the natural process of ageing.
